All of our llama experiences including special events are non-refundable with the exception of owner cancellation

In case of owner cancellation for any reason you will be fully refunded

If you find someone to transfer your tickets to, email us with their name, phone number and email address.

Events are typically on rain or shine

You will receive a full refund, or rescheduled to a future time slot in case of owner cancellation due to severe weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash value
